As a member, you not only get the benefit of lower fees and lower interest rates on loans, you become an owner.  WCTFCU is owned by its members, controlled by its members and is dedicated to offering each of its members the best financial services available.  When you open a share savings account and maintain a $5 balance, you can become a member, too!  Membership is open to employees of the Wahington County Board of Education and Hagerstown Community College as well as their immediate families.
