At WCTFCU, we're proud of the measures we take to help protect your debit/ATM cards. We've teamed with FICO® Falcon® Fraud Manager.  Falcon® stays current on emerging fraud patterns and works 24/7 to analyze all card transactions.  If any transactions seem suspicious, you may receive a text message, e-mail, and/or phone call from the fraud department asking you to contact them.  They will ask you to verify transactions, but they will not ask you for your card number.  If you confirm that your a transaction is fraudulent, your card will be blocked immediately.

If you are planning to travel, please Contact Us with your travel dates and destinations at least 24 hours before you leave. This allows us to make the necessary adjustments to help prevent legitimate transactions from being declined or generating fraud alerts because they appear unusual. A travel notification does not guarantee that transactions will not be declined.

To help protect your account, we may restrict where and how you can use your Mastercard® Debit Card. While you should always inform us of your travel plans, there are certain locations where you may be required to use your PIN for a transaction to be approved. There may also be locations where your card cannot be used at all. These restrictions are in place to help prevent fraud. Please Contact Us for information about current restricted locations.
