ATM Cards
ATM cards are available for use with your accounts. These cards will give you immediate access to the funds in your share savings accounts via ATM cash withdrawals. The daily cash withdrawal limit for ATM cards is $400. This card can be used internationally to get cash from ATMs.
MasterCard Debit Cards
The WCTFCU debit card looks like a credit card, but works like a check because the money is deducted from your share draft (checking) account. This card can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted. It also gives you immediate access to the funds in your share draft (checking) or share savings accounts via ATM cash withdrawals. The daily cash withdrawal limit for debit cards is $400. For Point-of-Sale (POS) purchases the daily maximum is $1,000. This card can be used internationally for purchases or to get cash from ATMs.
Card Activation and PIN Setting
Please call 800-290-7893 to activate your card. You can also use this number to set or change your PIN. This is an automated service. Please have your card available and follow the prompts.
Free ATM Locations
There is no charge for using your WCTFCU ATM or debit cards at any of our own ATMs or at machines in any Sheetz, Rutters, WaWa, or Royal Farms stores. When using other machines, the institution that owns the ATM may impose a surcharge.
Fraud Protection
At WCTFCU, we're proud of the measures we take to help protect your debit/ATM cards. We've teamed with FICO® Falcon® Fraud Manager. Falcon® stays current on emergent fraud patterns and works 24/7 to analyze all card transactions. If any transactions seem suspicious, you will receive a text message, e-mail, and/or phone call from the fraud department asking you to contact them. They will ask you to verify transactions, but they will not ask you for your card number. If your transactions are fraudulent, your card will be blocked immediately.
Travel Notification
We take the security of our cardholders very seriously and employ sophisticated systems to identify potential fraudulent transactions on your Debit/ATM cards. If you notify WCTFCU that you are planning on traveling, we can make the necessary adjustments to ensure you are not negatively impacted by our fraud monitoring systems. Please Contact Us with your travel dates and destinations at least 24 hours before you leave to avoid declined transactions or fraud alert calls for transactions that may be viewed as out of the ordinary.
Restricted Use of MasterCard Debit Cards
In order to better protect your account, we may restrict where and how you can use your MasterCard Debit Card. While you should always inform us of your travel plans, there are certain locations that you will be required to use your card as a debit card and enter your PIN before a transaction will be approved.
