Home Banking

WCTFCU's Home Banking is a safe and convenient way to give you 24-hour access to your accounts. 

  • View accounts, balances, and recent transaction history
  • Transfer funds between your WCTFCU accounts

Sign-up Instructions

To access your accounts through our Home Banking service, you must have your member number and a Home Banking password.  To get an initial password for the Home Banking service, Contact Us Monday - Friday when you are ready to log in for the first time.  You cannot use e-mail to initiate services or transactions, change information, or inquire on your account.  We will not respond to these types of requests via e-mail since we cannot be certain we are corresponding with you.

To log in to Home Banking for the first time, go to our website:  www.wctfcu.net

  • Your Login id is your Member Number
  • Enter your e-mail address
  • Enter your password as given by our staff
  • Select Personal or Public computer
  • Opt into e-mail list and/or e-statements
  • Add a Confidence Word (any word)
  • Answer three Challenge Questions
  • Enter your password as given by our staff
  • Enter a password of your choosing (must be 8 characters long and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number)
  • Re-enter your new password

Bill Pay

Online Bill Pay is a better way to pay bills.  Bill Pay is a service that allows you to pay virtually anyone or any company through your WCTFCU accounts. You determine who you want to pay, when you want to make the payment, and which WCTFCU account you want the payment to come from. It's safe, secure, and easy to use.  Payments are sent one of two ways—electronically or by paper checks. The majority of payments are delivered electronically. Your payment information, such as your account number, is sent via secure transmission. All other payments are made by paper checks that are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.

e-Statements

Go paperless!  You can receive, organize, and store your WCTFCU statements.  Access your statements before paper statements are available.  Save, print, and view up to two years of statements online, anytime.  It's secure, convenient, and environmentally friendly.  Sign up from the Internet Banking site or the mobile apps.
