Fraud Protection
At WCTFCU, we're proud of the measures we take to help protect your debit/ATM cards. We've teamed with FICO® Falcon® Fraud Manager. Falcon® stays current on emergent fraud patterns and works 24/7 to analyze all card transactions. If any transactions seem suspicious, you will receive a text message, e-mail, and/or phone call from the fraud department asking you to contact them in a specified manner. They will ask you to verify transactions, but they will not ask you for your card number. If your transactions are fraudulent, your card will be blocked immediately.
